1. SERVICES PROVIDED

PEPEBITS provides automation and digital infrastructure solutions. Our core services include API integration for platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram, Docker microservice deployment, and asynchronous data flow management.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to use our nodes for illegal activities or spam. Maintenance of access credentials is the sole responsibility of the user.

3. PEPEBITS COMMITMENT

We strive to guarantee 99.9% system availability. However, PEPEBITS reserves the right to perform scheduled technical maintenance to ensure network integrity.

4. INFRASTRUCTURE

Deployments are performed in isolated environments to maximize security. Each Docker container is subject to constant monitoring to prevent memory leaks or buffer overflows.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We depend on external providers (AWS, Google Cloud). Their downtime is outside our direct control.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for data losses resulting from misuse of integrated APIs by the client.

7. TERMINATION

Violation of these terms will result in immediate node purging and access revocation.

All base code and "bits" architecture belong to PEPEBITS_AGENCY. Reverse engineering is prohibited.

We reserve the right to update these protocols. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
